EULAR/ACR 2019 SLE Classification — Calculator (Malaysia CPG)

Implements the criteria in Malaysia MoH SLE CPG (Appendix 4): ANA entry criterion, additive weighted domains, and a threshold of ≥10 points with ≥1 clinical criterion .

Step 1 — Entry Criterion

A positive ANA at a titer of ≥1:80 on HEp-2 cells (or an equivalent positive test) at least once (ever).

Entry met (ANA ≥1:80 or equivalent) Required to enable scoring.

Step 2 — Additive Criteria (select all that apply)

Within each domain, only the highest-weighted item counts. You may tick multiple items per domain — the calculator keeps the highest one. Criteria do not need to be simultaneous, but alternative diagnoses should be excluded.

Threshold: ≥10 points AND at least one clinical criterion.

Assumes testing quality consistent with guidance (e.g., anti-dsDNA assay with ≥90% specificity against relevant controls).
